Set Sail: I saw these lot live, they were busking near the busiest streets of Sydney city near the Operah House.. They were absolutely amazing! I bought their self title EP for 10 bucks, well worth 10 bucks I spent.

New Linkin Park sounds good!! :-D  Also Eminem's new track with Lil' Wayne is well worth checking out.. It's definatly my favourite track of his new record. He is a hell a rapper. Kings of Leon new track sounds alright but look forward to their record, Caleb said their new record is gonna sound a bit like their earlier stuff that most people haven't heard off. So look forward to that! :o) Maximum Ballon, a new band i've discovered randomly.. Not heard their record yet but the few songs that i have heard sounds pretty rad.

Elloo!!..
Last to last weekend has just flown by and my best friend is officially married! I did enjoy it and i was totally excited through out.. There was a bit of drama, but i guess it happens to the best of us even when its marriage. On Satuarday night when i got back from the ceremony it had just hit me that Shameer's married. Things are going to be different now, i'm not too sure how but it will be right!? It's not hit them as yet, but once they get back i think they will..
We're definatly not kids any more, we're all grown up and still growning.. Well some of us faster and then others. lol My speech went terrible, i got really scared for some reason and i was quite pissed of with myself. Even under the influence of alchole didn't help.. (What a Loseerr!) lol I'm very happy for both of them, no doubt! They are one of the most chilled out and coolest individuals i know and they've got alot of good chemistry between them. On a more personal note, i definately don't want an indian wedding unless i have to, that being the case if i end up with an indian lady.. I got a phone call from Shameer from Thailand saying that their loving it out there, and he even sent me a picture of the view from their hotel. It was quite cool!!

I got this sweet retro keyboard of my good friend Scott, unfortunatly the power cables at Ashley's place as Scott's left a few things at his.. Scott and Juno have moved  to their own little place opposite our old house, which is awesome.. But i can't wait to play on it and hopefully make some sweet melodies. All my guitar strings need to be replaced with new ones as they don't seem to tune up well. While i've not been playing on my guitar, but i have been doing a lot doodling and heres one of them...

 
Last week and the weekend gone, its been dragging! Its just been so boring nothing much been happening, Kieran's been around to chill.. And the fact that i'm skint most of the times these days doesn't help at all. Week days seem to drag a lot and weekends seem to go quick and that just sucks balls! lol The weathers been awesome, even though this week seems be crappy weather agian..

Now that the Shameer's wedding and World Cup is over, what else is there to look forward to!? Maybe Reading, seeing Blink 182 live again would make my summer complete for sure. They have started recoring some new material for the new record and rehearsing for the european tour. I really cannot wait for the new record to come out..

'Stockholm Syndrem' Part II (Down)

What have I been up to since I wrote the last blog!? Not much, i've been ill the weekend before the last, a killing fever and a dodgy tummy.. Which was a total bummer, as it was Shameer's stag. I'm feeling much better, drinking a lot of smoothies and flavoured water. Nice!! I so want a blender so I can make my own smoothies at home every morning..

I'm enjoying the weather and there was me thinking we wouldn't get a proper summer. Sleeping at night is abit of a problem, its just way too hot and sticky but at least my wierd dreams have stopped. Been helping here and there with Shameer and Hema's new place. I like it, they've got a real nice garden where I just wanna run aound and have a kick about.The house its self needs alot doing but theres great potencial to do it up. I think I might have the box room which i'm gonna do up a little..

The weekend just gone was alright, went to Shameer and Hema's celebration party on Saturday evening which was alright, had a little indian boogie on the dance floor and no I wasn't under the influence. lol It was a bit too hot in the hall and I was wearing an suit, as well as indian shoes which kaned my left heel after a little while. Went to watch the match yesterday which got me really pissed off and down for the rest of the day. I really dont want to talk about it, to be quit honest..I feel like summers already over in a way. Can't believe it, we played absolutly shocking in all the our games. It was just a waste of time if i'm honest!

I must say i've been quite a geek watching The Avengers, Justice League and 24 alot.. I forgot how hot amazing Wonder Woman was in Justice League out of all the super hero ladies. :-) I've also being listening to quite alot of Fight Like Apes records, Delphic's  and The Drums have got to be two of my favourate records at the moment. Surpricingly I like abit of Mr Hudson's stuff.. Eminem, Foals and Errors new records are amazing! I've got some designs for some tees that i've drawn randomly so I might get them printed for this summer.
Lillys Obesession With Music, i've written a few half songs which still need finishing. As for the sounds, i've not managed really to find anything decent that i've come up with.. I've kinda lost my inspiration and it doesn't help that im quite lazy as well.

Some good news I think, me and Shameer are gonna do some podcasts which we had wanted to do a few summers ago. It's nothing big or anything interesting to be quite honest but it should be funny as hell. Basically its just us just talking crap and recording it for who ever wants to listen to it.Hopefully i'll be able to put the podcast on here or on youtube so watch this space...

I thought everything would be fine, but when I saw her again everything went out the window! I don't exactly know what or how, but it did some how.. :-/ I was so sure everything was going to be alright after everything that was said, and I thought I'd be totally fine about the whole situation. Its kinda thrown me off! I do feel gutted, I can't talk to her even if I wanted to because I don't really wanna be another of her guy friends. As much as she may hate me or think i'm a prick, i'd rather let her keep thinking so.. It doesn't matter either way! Now i'm not too sure about anything and I really can't be asked any more!.. :-/

 

This weekend, Shameer's indian wedding on Satuarday and party on Sunday! Wearing indian suit again, I hope the weather is nice and sunny but not too humid. I've still gotta finish my speech, its gonna be nerve racking.. I'm not good with big crowds, I get quite nervy. I've always hated having attention, when I was little it was quite the opposite tho. I do have my loud moments, where try and make a dick out of my self and act like i'm 10.. lol I'm gonna miss Shameer when he's gone for his honeymoon. I'm looking forward to mine and Shameer's cooking classes in September which is gonna be awesome! My friends, Scott and Juno are moving back to their homes which is also gonna be a bummer!

iPhone 4

The new iPhone 4 is getting released 24th of this month.. From the new ad and what i've read of it, it just blows my mind and I so want it now! Technology!!.. I wonder if they'll exchange my iPhone for the new one?!.. lol

Toy Story 3!

New Toy Story 3 Posters! The trailer looks really rad!..Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Mr. Potato Head, Slinky Dog and the gang are back and about time! I remember when I watched the first one on the plane, on the way to Boston for a school skiing trip which was awesome.. Cannot wait for this one and its on 3D iMAX!  :-)

'Stockholm Syndrome' Part I

Helloo!! Its been a few months that I haven't written a proper blog entry.. How the hell is everyone? Well I do have loads of things that I have to say so here goes...

Moved into my new place and its been a few months or so but it still doesn't feel like home as yet. It just feels more like a holiday apartment abroad. Don't get me wrong, I still love having my own little place. The fact that I can run around naked whenever I feel the need to, which is nearly everyday.. lol

Shameer and Hema's engagement was wonderful apart from the un-nessary dramas here and there. I've still got to sort out the Leicester stag and a best man speech for his wedding which is about 2, 3 weeks time. Budapest was fun, something new.. We all had a great laugh even tho we didn't end up going to all the best places for clubbing down there. Half a years just flown by so quick. Summers turning out to be ok so far, nothing exciting as yet but i'm sure there will be a few surprices hopefully. I'm just being optimistic! :-)

Told the young lady that i'm crazy about how I feel again which I didn't think I would do or that I would get those feelings agian. And she had nothing to say about it, and she doesn't feel the same way which is fair enough, I guess.. So now we're not even friends because I can't do it for some reason or another and its sort of easier for me as well. So that kinda sucks, alot!! Maybe I may change my mind again or maybe not.. Either way, the balls' in her court. If the balls' not lost as yet!? (metaphorically speaking..) lol

My cousin that found me on facebook, Krupa.. I've been catching up and talking to her quite a lot. I remember when I moved to Nairobi, when I was like 9, 10 and we use to get on so well. We even went to the same school for like a year or so until my parents moved me to another school. It had been like more then 10 years since i'd heard or seen her.. She's still cool and shes married! That was quite shocking, I still think marrage is a big commitment. It still scares the hell out me but at the same time excites me, when I eventually get there.. Too many things to do before that!

What else, i'm doing some volunteering work this coming Saturday with Hema and Shameer at the Spark Festival which should be super fun.. Also going to one of my old primary schools next week some time to do some volunteering work there which i'm super excited about as well! I feel so good giving back to people, whether it be for the old folks or kids or the disabled.. Knowing the fact that your changing or making a little difference in someone's life, even if it may be just for the day or a week. It's the liitle things that count, right!? :-)

Went to Scott and Juno's place on Saturday night, I miss them guys since I don't get a chance to see them much after we moved out of our old place. Our good friend Marc came down as well and it ended up being a random night as it always is. I must say, I got abit emotional through the night and the next morning I was abit dissappointed with myself as well..
